MountainCraft Properties
specializes in the design and construction of progressive homes with
functional floor plans in the mountains of North Georgia. Kevin Moody, the principal builder at MountainCraft
Properties, began his career in home construction at just 21 years of age. As
an architecture student at Georgia Tech, young Kevin decided to take the bold
move of designing and building custom homes in the Atlanta suburb of
Peachtree City. This venture blossomed into Kevin Moody Custom Home Designs.
In total, Kevin built more than 200 homes in Peachtree City over ten years
and earned the Homebuilder’s Association honor of Builder of the Year. After
Peachtree City, Kevin’s career included the design and construction of homes
in the North Georgia Mountain community of Big Canoe, Midtown Atlanta,
Brookhaven, and the neighborhoods of Atlanta’s eastside. In total, Kevin has
built more than 700 houses in his career, developing a reputation for
quality, dependability, and a quick smile. Ellijay is also Kevin’s home where you are likely to run into
him at a local grocery store, restaurant, or community event. |
